For cyber-smart with Sharon me and Kylah made a poem about Christmas I hope you like it ,it only took a little bit to get with it but we added some pictures or you can say gifts because it’s really pretty and we added Santa and Mrs claws and a snow house and Garfield with a tree.
2024 art Monday mash up
For Monday mashup, the last couple of weeks we have been making Christmas art or just some branches with some bubbles on it ,but I decided to put some bulbs on the branches because it’s nearly Christmas time and I feel like I did very good doing this because it’s very hard because if you wait too long to do the watercolours it will dry up and you won’t be able to like smudge it very good and the paper might rip. And if you want to make it you need just some watercolour pencils a paintbrush and water , some pastels , black paper, and pencil to draw the bulbs, last glue any type. This what i did, first I had to draw the little bulbs then I had to colour them in with watercolours then after the next Monday ,we had to get pastels and draw branches glue them on and make a Blog showing what we did and then we can write in it and then its DONE!!
Earthquake data!
For Math we have been learning statistics and how to do a leaf graph, ect, we did a slide show and had to do about 4 ish slides, I did Depth, Intensity, and Region.
Media!
In Cybersmart we were learning what is print media, broadcasting media and online media.
Print media is printed on anything, broadcasting it just broadcasting like what you see on TV and over a big group of people, online media is just like what you see on YouTube, and on the internet.
Today Maths!
For today’s maths with Urmi , we did a test about transformation, rotating and reflecting, for the rotating patterns I basically made it move up down, left, right and different angles , reflecting is basically just a mirror , so if one was on the left side it would be the right side , it would be the same type of pattern like the moons above. A translating pattern is when you continue an image or object in like a straight line or like I’ve done above.
Stop Pollution!
I took action by helping ,stopping pollution, [ not yet ] i want to stop it because lots of animals and Forests are going to die soon if we don’t do something, i think we should all start putting a rubbish in the bin , and if you’re going fishing and collecting net you should like just get the nets instead of leaving it in the ocean for dolphins and all those animals getting Tangled Up and dying, i worked with Maddie, Aylah and myself because they are all my friends and most of the time we work pretty good together and we all have like the same thoughts, do you want to help?
Juicy Watermelon!
I like watermelon its very good, I don’t really like the seeds though, I would take the seeds out when ever I eat it. I love that it melts in my mouth, and its just the right texture. I only like the red part of course. I think that its really special because it is my favourite ,
and my Mums favourite. Do you like watermelon?
Matariki Pixel art
For the last 4 weeks we have been doing a Matariki pixel art for cyber-smart.
I made the art by using numbers.
I used light blue, black, pink, yellow, and dark yellow.
Art 2024 8th of August
For art 2024 we made necklace’s , i made a swirl necklace, it was quite hard, but i did it in the end and in happy with it, i made it for my mum and my dad, and kind of for me too, i chose it because it looked easy and pretty at the sane time\it looked easy but it was hard. i think that trying to not make it not wrinkly was hard, but i think that it is still a bit wrinkly at the side but its OK,I like just working with the clay, but when you messed up to much it will go hard, maybe next time I will probably get some water to make it not wrinkly and use a brush next time.
Cybersmart Box
For Cybersmart 2024, I made a box here’s how to do it,
you can find the Polyline tool up in the toolbar of Google Draw and Google Slides.
The Polyline makes closed shapes with anchor points.
Click on your touch pad, then drag the cursor down to the corner of the box and click again. Every time you click your keypad you make another anchor point.The more anchor points you create, the easier it is to adjust your shape. Work your way around to make a closed shape.
Then you are going to get the photo put it in the box then you click he box then click the order then click bring to front then your done \ now you can add some colours!
I think the most challenging thing was removing the backgrounds and putting it in the box.
I found it fun because it’s just really fun to do, you should do it too!
I think the most fun was probably picking out the toys.
I enjoyed making it and picking the colours.
